Gordon Edwards is very happy to announce a new program for the development of leaders across South Australia generally. Gordon Edwards, who has successfully delivered the SA Defence Industry Leadership Program (SADILP) for the previous 12 years, has chosen to expand his unique delivery to enable all businesses, metropolitan and regional, to pursue their organisational and industry aims, as well as supporting our community, all within the fundamental framework of personal & professional development.


Here is the essence of PIVOT. In terms of your life and career we will consider and address:

  • Where are you now? Targeting middle to senior leaders wanting to grow personally and to positively impact their own company as well as Australian society.
  • Where do you want to be? Offering opportunities for career clarity, plus enhanced communications, engagement and synergies across all industry sectors.
  • How will you navigate your future? A peer group engagement model enabling deeper relationships across industry, supporting Australia’s economic development.

Over six months, participants engage in some of the most unique learning experiences available that will challenge you intellectually, emotionally and, to the degree you can handle it, physically as well. We will begin with an adventure training residential, where we will come together as a very tight team, while learning how leadership and decision-making are undertaken under duress.

We will visit some of the State’s most significant infrastructure and receive briefings from some of our top leaders from industry, government, and politics.
We will enjoy full Workshop days of deep reflection, purposeful conversation, and meaningful challenge, as well as getting to know each other.  Each Workshop will be followed by a uniquely facilitated dinner, where we further engage in team-building that is so critical to long term relationship development.

Participation on this unique program is by selection and numbers will be limited to 24.

The investment price is $7,555 pp. Payment in advance attracts a 10% discount, while the full price can be paid monthly over the first three months.
